Bicep Workout
This is my bicep work out on my set days to focus on Biceps and other muscles. What you do is line up three weights. It doesn't matter if its a 10, 15, and 20 or 40, 45, 50. I do 20, 25, and 30. Start with whatever arm you would like. Keeping your arm at your side and your elbow in one spot and the top half of your arm(elbow to shoulder) stationary, do 10 reps with each dumbell. Then go backwards, with a quick stretch trying not to rest too long. So it will be like this 20x10, 25x10, 30x10, --Qucik Stretch--, 30x10,25x10, 20x10. That is one arm. Then do the same for the other arm. That completes one set. There is a total for 60 reps each arm for one set. Go right into the second set. After completing that, take a curl bar, doesn't matter if its straight or curved bar, and do three sets of the 21 i showed in the video.

AMELIE POULAIN - ULTIMATE RECUT TRAILER BY SACHAMAX
This is one of 8 recut trailers made for the 26th Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (april 2008), by Sacha Feiner and Maxime Pasque. These trailers were played as a preliminary program, at the BIFFF before each screening. The point was, each time, to use ONLY IMAGES FROM THE MOVIE. No effects added, no compositing and so on. Just editing. Adding music and voices is tolerated, but no dubbing. In three cases, more than one film was mixed, but it was either to serve the pitch (Clockwork Orange & Beethoven, The Birds & Pterodactyles), or just because it was a trilogy (Ringu). This work was the greatest editing exercise one could ever think of. The Exorcist, especially, was very difficult to make appear... just something else than the Exorcist. Maybe it is not the funniest, but it was the biggest challenge. It was also the opportunity to point a few annoying trends in film making today, like adding crappy new CGI special efffects to classic movies (see the BIRDS trailer), or making opportunist crappy sequels (see EYES WIDE SHUT 2... sorry Steven, we love you after all). The best one in our eyes is definitely Titanic... or should I say, Carpathia. Don't hesitate to give your opinion...
