Carter scored 29 points, Yi added 22 points and a season-high 13 rebounds and the Nets limited Sacramento to 36 second-half points in handing the Kings their 11th straight road loss, 98-90 on Monday night. On Remembrance Day
A poem I wrote, dedicated to my grandparents, Thomas & Freddie Ham, veterans of World War II. My grandfather died this past Saturday, so I'm posting this in his memory. This poem was also used in the International War Veterans Poetry Archive, and in several 9/11 memorials. Feel free to use it as you wish. The writing is copyright 2000, Kevin Ranville.
