Chugging and snacks
Yesterday I stuffed myself to the max:-)), 3500 kcal intake, that means 1500 kcal extra to gain:-))) I ate falafel in pita, honey cakes, rice pudding, 1 litre cola, rice with sauce, avocados, fruit drinks, bread and honey. Today I start with honey cakes and a litre of cola and I continue my day at Mc Donalds where I will buy a very big hamburger of 850 kcal, big pommes frites, big cola, muffin of 500 kcal and shake of 500 kcal...Altogether 2500 kcal at Mc Donalds and another 1000-1500 other food. Pls comment.
