My Weight Loss Progress
Pictures of me going from 183 to 160. I plan on posting an update every 2-3 weeks. Stats: 5 ft (153 cm) 19 years old CW: 168 LW: 140 HW: 183 STG: 150 LTG: 125 This video is meant to share my progress with people who are having a similar experience. I will delete nasty comments. I'm plenty self-assured and I don't dig negative energy. My plan: Eating under 1200 calories per day and doing an hour of cardio, abs, and triceps at least 3 times per week.
