Holiday Horse Show
This is a holiday show at my barn. I know I sucked at jumpers but I sill got 1st! Yay! But the horse, Stetson (Steady as you go) is awesome! And then I totally fell in love with the second, grey horse, Addie (Adderol) The medicine for a.d.d. A phycologist named her. She came before thi show 4 days ago and I had only seen her and ridden her the day before the show but she was amazing and I got 2 firts and a second against two trainers!

Kevin threw his cellphone across his bed and slammed his head down. "I HATE HIM!" He shouted aloud, and stood straight up. "I HOPE THE LITTLE PUKE FREEZES." He punched a dent in the wall next to him. "I HOPE HE NEVER COMES BACK! I HATE HIM!" He threw his head back against the dented wall, closing his eyes. "I don't hate him." He whispered to himself. "I love him." "Knock Knock!" Chirped a voice from downstairs. Kevin's eyes darted open and he jet up from the floor. He busily made his way down the steps. "Hey there!" Christy giggled, her cheeks red from the cold. "How's it going, Kevin?" "Hey, Christy." Kevin smiled numbly, avoiding her question. "Well, I just came to see Nick, he was supposed to come to my house to study, but, I guess he forgot," She shrugged her shoulders. So many thoughts flew through Kevin's mind. 'How could I be so STUPID!' he thought, 'My little brother is out in the freezing cold, completely lost,' His eyes widened as he realized the severity of what he'd just done. 'He's alone,' He felt his heart beating faster and faster in his rising chest. Suddenly, he started to panic. "Oh my God." He whispered aloud, crossing his arms. "Oh no." He darted down the stairs and threw his coat over his tensed shoulders. "What?" Christy's eyes carried a glimmer of fear, "What's wrong?" "I'm the most horrible person in the world," Kevin nodded to himself, rushing to slip his shoes on. "What?" Christy followed him in to the kitchen where he hurriedly grabbed his keys. "What happened?" "I left him, Christy." Kevin sighed, stuffing his hands into gloves and grabbing Christy's wrist. "I need to go find him. It's a Friday. You don't have school tomorrow, you're coming with me." "What?" Christy panicked as Kevin gently pulled her to his car. "Where are we going?" Under Fire: Personal Stories from the Scorched Summer of 2006 tells the stories of four Israeli families -- two Arab and two Jewish -- whose loved ones were killed during the Second Lebanon War in the Summer of 2006: a mother and her two daughters chatting in their yard; a young father working at the train depot; another father running to get his little girl a blanket; a lifeguard trying to save his mother and sister. Surviving family members share their eyewitness accounts, as well as their pleas for future peace. Their stories are told against the backdrop of authentic footage from the war, showing the devastation inflicted upon the Israeli civilian population.

Real Christianity (Bible on....) - 1 Forgiveness
Inspired by a post on a previous video, what does the bible say about forgiveness, even against such wrongs as murder? A bit repetitious i know, but i hope this message hits home and encourages some people to finally forgive those people who they have not forgiven, and to free themselves of that weight. Please feel free to comment, again if you are Christian, i hold you in the highest responsibility to represent Christ with your posts. No fighting, and ask yourself "Does this message portray God's love?"

A Driving Tour of Detroit & Dinner at Sindbads
After my explorations of Windsor on October 17, 2008 I headed over to Detroit where I embarked on a driving tour with Jeanette Pierce, co-founder of Inside Detroit, a non-profit organization that offers a wide range of thematic tours of Detroit. From Stroh River Place, a mixed-use development of converted Victorian warehouses, we headed to Belle Isle, Detroit's urban island and leisure playground. After a visit to the upscale Indian Village and the Gleaner Food Bank, an example of urban farming, Jeanette took me to the Heidelberg Project, an outdoor art installation that features painted houses and artistic compositions made of discarded items. Artist Tyree Guiton originally conceived this project in the mid 1980s as a protest against the deterioration of his childhood neighbourhood. We were able to catch a brief interview with the creator of this now world-renowned project. After a brief stop at Detroit's Eastern Market we drove through Midtown Detroit which is highlighted by various cultural and educational institutions including Wayne State University and the Detroit Institute of Arts. North of there is New Centre, which is distinguished by two 1920s architectural masterpieces: the Fisher Building and Cadillac Place, the former headquarters of General Motors. In the evening I enjoyed a tasty seafood dinner at Sindbad's Restaurant which has a great location right on the Detroit River. The Blancke family has been running this restaurant since 1949. Finally, after a long and intense day I headed back to my hotel: the recently reopened Westin Book Cadillac Hotel, a gorgeous Art Deco masterpiece from 1924 that has recently been brought back to glory at a cost of more than $200 million.
