I had lost internet connection a few weeks ago and got a little bored. So I decided to screw around with HLOF. And wouldn't you know it, I forgot how much I loved playing with this guy. So I decided to share a few scenes of fun. Enjoy! =)

Travis Outlaw made a fade away jumper with 8.9 seconds to go and lift the Trail Blazers to victory over The Pistons 84-83. PORTLAND, Ore. Server Box Fan Mod
Just a quick video I threw together of a simple mod I made for my server box (nickname "Inferno"). I got annoyed by the amount of noise and heat the three 80mm case fans generate, so I added some toggle switches into one of the optical drive cover plates to turn the individual fans on or off. The wiring is completely plug and play, so the fans can be swapped at will with new fans and the switches can be changed to toggle different fans. I connected each switch to a corresponding fan via spare wiring from dead power supplies and two 9-volt clips. (I had tons laying around, so why not.. right?!) The break in the connection that the switch controls is a fan extension containing a resistor to slightly slow down the speed of the fan - the negative wire was cut in half and soldered to some extra wiring and a 9-volt clip, which connects to the switch. Furthermore, this is completely safe as far as I am concerned - proper wiring is used and all connections are covered in hot glue (wires wont be carrying more than 12V dc) so as to avoid making contact with any of the inner workings of the computer itself.
