The Delaware River runs along the bottom of the valley near Route 209 and there are lots of places to go rafting and boating. Many resorts in the nearby area offer skying, tubing and ice skating. A lot of water parks have opened near by. This is a family oriented close knit community where you and your family should be able to live "Safely and Happily Ever After". Drive up for a day and take a look. It is only 2 hours from NYC, 25 miles from Port Jarvis,NY and about 25 miles in from route 80 and the Delaware...

Large Investors fearing the worst and not finding the fundamentals began quietly selling their positions back in October before the news about the economy was even public. Remember good ol W stating publicly that the American economy is fine, and the fundamentals are strong? remember? Guess what, they werent fine and everyone in his administration new it. They needed the economy propped up because once the average investor caught wind of what was really going on they were going to sell their stocks like whores at a VD clinic. Well guess what? When the truth about the monopoly money created in the real estate boom came out and good old uncle W let Lehman brothers fail an American institution that has been in business since the mid 1850s. Reality set in and The panic took hold. The average investor started selling faster than you can say were fucked and massive amounts of wealth began leaving the markets. The hedge funds mind you, were late to the punch because remember what I explained to you earlier about leverage? Let me explain the other side of leverage, the side your mommy never warned you aboutwhen the markets go up by 10% you double your money right? What happens when they go down by 10%? Thats right kids you lose it all. And so when a hedge fund investor panics and tries to redeem his shares, not only does the hedge fund have to sell his original 1mil dollar investment, but also the other 9mil it borrowed. Hedge investors began lining up at offices around the globe clamoring for redemptions and the hedge funds were in a free fall sell mode which exacerbated the selling panic. Thats why you would see the DJIA drop by more than 200 points...
